Forms can be submitted in person at the Language Centre General Office 7/F, K. K. Leung Building, University of Hong Kong, (weekdays: 8:35 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m), can be faxed to 2548 0487 (attention of Ms. Almeida) or emailed to almeidad@hkucc.hku.hk

Course Fee to be paid to Hang Seng Bank acc. nr. 388 469645 001 and the copy of the pay-in slip or ATM payment advice submitted with registration form. Fee will be refunded only if course is cancelled. Fee does not include textbook.
